We manufacture air-cooled condensers that are preferred over water-cooled condensers in special environmental or water shortage conditions. Our superior condensation systems maintain the required vacuum levels. These systems come with the steam condenser, which is a type of air-cooled heat exchanger. This heat exchanger has features like 35° sloped bundles to reduce the footprint, and 100 percent welded connections to avoid leakage.

Our specially designed condenser's coils are usually made of copper tubes and aluminium fins. This helps it to transfer heat as rapidly as possible and demand minimal cleaning for the better transfer of the heat.

We manufacture and supply precision-engineered industrial evaporators that are thermal concentrators used for concentrating dilute liquids, for increasing solids content & for reducing the volume by evaporating water.

The evaporators are based on the economy of steam i.e. kg of solvent evaporated per kg of steam used. By reusing the evaporated solvent as a heating medium, higher steam economies can be achieved. This technique of increasing the utilization of steam is used in multi-effect evaporators. In the multi-effect evaporators, vapor from the first effect is passed over to the next effect in which boiling take place at a lower pressure & temperature.

Thermo-compression evaporators are another technique to increase the steam economy. In these evaporators the vapor of evaporated solvent is compressed & is used as a heating medium in the same evaporator.

Our superior quality distillation systems help to separate one or more of the substances in a heavy viscous or tarry compound. These systems maintain a distillation column, and the compound is feed into a Rototherm where the heavy viscous or tarry substances are continuously removed as bottoms. The lighter fractions go overhead to a condenser or to a fractionating column if further separation is required.

Then the high quality distilled water can be pumped from the sump to an appropriate location of a plant. This water can be considered for reuse for any industrial processes or analyzed for acceptable discharge.
